Having one of the most powerful automation platforms in the world enables us to help many sectors and assist people with issues so that they can communicate correctly.

One of thes sectors is Education, and we will be constructing processing to assist with situations that exist and to help schools and parents act accordingly. The 'emotionless' aspect of automation enables the process to be actioned to protocol.

The first process we have released is to register an issue for a parent with their child's school. Please bear in mind that automation will stop at nothing to get the issue resolved and will engage with the school governors, ofsted and DoE if the problem persists through the pipeline.
